1. Scope of Services
We provide guidance, documentation assistance, form-filling support and consultancy to help users interact with official government and insurance portals. Where offered, optional professional assistance may include portal navigation, submission support and document-checking. All authoritative records and payments remain with official portals (e.g., Parivahan, insurer websites).
2. Eligibility & Authorization
Our services are available to lawful users only. For services that involve another person’s vehicle or sensitive information we require proof of authorization. By using our services you represent and warrant that you are either the lawful owner, an authorized representative, or otherwise have lawful permission to request assistance.
3. Requests, Verification & Processing
All assistance requests are subject to verification. We may require identity documents, authorization declarations, or additional information to proceed. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend any request that appears unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise non-compliant with our policies.
4. Payments, Fees & Refunds
Optional assistance services are charged as described on the service page. Government or official portal fees are separate and paid directly on those portals. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; we do not collect raw card numbers. Refunds for our service fees are governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds will be considered if service commitment is not met, subject to verification and our stated policy.
5. Data, Privacy & Security
We do not maintain or sell personal data databases. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil a user’s request (temporary processing). 6. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited: harassment, stalking, surveillance, unlawful tracking, resale of personal data, automated scraping, and any use that violates applicable laws. We will block and report any misuse to appropriate authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsuranceWaleBaba provides services and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. We are not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services, official portals, delays, or errors in third-party systems. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of government or insurer portals.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless InsuranceWaleBaba and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, false statements, or breach of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos) is owned or licensed by InsuranceWaleBaba. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page and, where practical, notified to users who have active interactions with us.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the city where our registered office is located.
